How many people can be trained at once?
4 to 6 people is ideal. Larger groups up to 12 are possible, but time for questions will be limited.

Which database is used for training? Can we use one for a specific project?
Training databases are provided and will need to be copied to your computers. To demonstrate on an in-house database, a small subset of document records can be exported to a training sample database and used without compromising the integrity of the main database. Additional time for training setup will be required.

How long does training last?
End user training is from 2-3 hours with additional time for questions.
Administrative training is approximately 2 hours or more.
This is a typical one-day training schedule:

• 8:45 AM - Setup
• 9:00 to11:00 - Intro, End user topics
• 11:00 to 11:15 - Break
• 11:15 to 1:00 PM - More end user topics, Q&A
• 1:00 to 1:30 - Lunch
• 1:30 to 3:30 - Administrator topics, Demonstrations

What room set-up is preferred?
Every person should have a computer to work on with Concordance or Summation installed. Please provide a computer withsoftware installed and a projector for the trainer. Trainer can provide a laptop computer and a projector if desired.

What does it cost?
A typical day of training starts at $1800, not including travel expenses. Hourly rates are available. Trainer provides demonstration database and materials.
