D-M offers two Web-based repository services that allow you to access your database and images as quickly as they are created. If you are overloaded with boxes of documents and want to have them indexed and scanned, you no longer have to wait for a delivery service, or juggle CDs, or download the database and images in order to access your data. Best of all, you can access your database from anywhere in the world by using a web browser.

Catalyst Repository Systems—including Catalyst CR and Catalyst XE—provide outstanding document review platforms that routinely deliver sub-second response times for complex searches against millions of documents. The speed, scalability, and rich feature sets enable breakthrough levels of efficiency in the review, production, and reuse of documents.

The iCONECTnxt repository package was created by iCONECT, LLC, based on an Oracle engine. It puts exceptional power and flexibility for document review into a web browser and makes it available to anyone with an Internet connection. We are pleased to make this product available to our clients.

Now, with just one click of the mouse, you can:

• Search for information by date
• View full text or specific fields
• Sort, browse or view tables
• Tag documents, create tags, and create queries from tags
• Create reports
• Launch TIFF, GIF, PDF, and other images

You can print reports and documents on your own printer. Or phone in a request to us, and we will print and send them to you overnight.

To take advantage of our repository, simply send us your documents. We will code and scan them to your specifications, and load the resulting database and images onto an encrypted, password-protected Internet site.

It is as if the database were on your own PC, with several advantages:

• Multiple users can access the database from anywhere in the world, provided they have Internet access and your authorization.
• You can access the database at any time of the day or night.
• Updates can be provided daily.

Once the documents are scanned, we burn the images onto CD-ROMs. We store the CDs and can "blow back" printed copies as you need them. We can also produce copies of the CDs at any time and send them to any location you desire.

Your documents will be safely stored on CDs, and the database and images are accessible at any time on our Web-based repository.

You gain the benefits of both immediate access and long-term storage.
