
D-M’s Schedule 36 General Services Administration (GSA) contract
allows Federal government agencies to engage us for:
- Litigation support services
- Document conversion services
- Training in Concordance/Opticon software and electronic evidence
processing.
D-M's MSA (Agreement Number 5-08-70-05) allows any public agency
in California to procure our services using a contract that the
State reviewed and approved. Our MSA currently extends through March
31, 2011.
To obtain our services, public agencies simply complete a copy
of STD-65.
Allowed services include:
- Electronic evidence processing
- Document imaging and related activities, including oversized
and color imaging at client facilities
- Online document repository hosting
- Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to convert images to text
- Document indexing (coding)
- File conversion (including electronic file conversion to image
or image to file)
- Trial presentation services

D-M's CMAS contract, CMAS #4-06-03-0196A
(GSA #GS-25F-0034R), allows D-M to provide the same IT services
to public entities in California as we provide to federal agencies.
To obtain our services, simply complete a copy of STD-65.

- IT Process Reengineering
- IT Systems Implementation
- IT System Security
- Network Design
- Network Integration
- Programming (in M, formerly MUMPS)
- System Analysis
