In April 2006, the CA Department of Procurement Services awarded D-M a California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) contract. This contract covers a variety of consulting services. These activities, listed more completely on our Services page, include the following:

D-M's CMAS number is CMAS #4-06-03-0196A (GSA #GS-25F-0034R). This contract is good through October 31, 2010.

Why Use a CMAS Contract

The CMAS program allows D-M to provide public agencies throughout California with information technology (IT) services at competitive prices. Through the CMAS process, the State assures that contractors offer competively evaluated and cost-compared products and/or services complete with California contract terms and conditions, ordering procedures, and California procurement codes, policies and guidelines.

How to Proceed

Using either D-M's CMAS or the MSA, an agency can obtain D-M's services simply by writing a purchase or work order, using the approved form, STD 65 (click to download), that is available through the Department of General Services (DGS) Procurement Division. The agency orders directly from D-M, and gives the DGS a copy of the order. D-M provides a quarterly report of all sales transactions to DGS. The State bills the agency directly for 1.21% of the order total. The administrative fee is not included on the order.
