Mr. Humason brings a wealth of publishing, editing, and business management experience to his role with D-M. He is the past publisher of American History Illustrated, Civil War Times, British Heritage, Pacific Northwest and Seattle magazines, in charge of sales, marketing, circulation, and editorial.

For several years he ran a family-owned business in Idaho, and later became co-founder and CFO/Managing Editor for Rivals.com, a leading sports-information portal on the web. He also ran his own publishing consulting business and was affiliated with The Centofante Group, which is the principal newsstand marketing firm for the City and Regional Magazine Association.
