MSA: D-M's MSA (Agreement Number 5-03-70-33) allows any public agency in California to procure

CMAS: D-M's CMAS contract, CMAS #4-06-03-0196A (GSA #GS-25F-0034R), allows us to provide IT
services to public entities in California. To obtain our services, public agencies simply complete

Specifically, this contract allows agencies to obtain the following consulting services: Database
Design, Document Conversion, IT Process Reengineering, IT Systems Implementation, IT System Security,
